Example: If you have 30 users, your cost would be based on Tier 2 (26-50 users) and the price would be $4.50/user/month on the annual plan, or $5.50/user/month on the monthly plan.

- Five users minimum. Paid in advance as a monthly or annual subscription.
- CONNECTANA subscription fees are non-refundable. You can access your subscription for the term of the subscription.
- Additional users can be added at any time. Subscription charges will be pro-rated for additional users.
